Scott the Scottie. He was walking around Iconoclast Koffiehuis looking really out of place Sunday morning after ""Etown out for a rip" :D You most likely talked with him and don't remember. But yes, John, carbon fiber. Just a few accent pieces. Glove box cover, mud guard, etc... blah ...

Throttle cable was kinda frayed and mostly unwinding in the headset which then cause the binding and sticking. I think there maybe 2 or 3 strands holding the whole thing together in the end. A new inner solved this problem. The new carb fuel end was on the right side verses the left side on the old ...

Carburetor workshop Saturday 8th

Scotts carburetor bits have shown up. And we are planning on fitting them to his Lambretta of carbon fibre on Saturday. Not much notice I know. But what ever. He's swapping from a 35mm to i think a 30 or maybe it was a 28. Should make it a bit more manageable for city riding we think. We are also go...

CanTire by my house (Kingsway) says to have a bunch of 5w40 Royal Purple in 1L jugs.

A while back i bought a 5l jug of Rotella 5w40 synthetic at Walmart of all places. Pretty sure it was closer to $45 as well.

If you can get the recommended stuff why not run it?

I remember reading about these a few years back. The basic complaints were fit, finish and quality of the welds. Then for not much more $ one was into a Yamaha V-star.

I wonder if the bikes have gotten better.

P200E and Autolube

Well, I have started pulling scoots out of the garage. Lets get this P200 going first, since its closest to the door and kinda blocking everything else anyways. Hmm, its been marking its spot since I brought it home last fall. Better find out where the leak is coming from. Plus give it a once over. ...
